Request Summary: In January 2019 the IRB implemented a policy entitled "Claims that can be accepted without ahearing" (hereinafter the "January 2019 Policy"). The January 2019 Policy included a list of countries and sub-national groups eligible to have their claims “accepted without a hearing” (the “Country List”). With respect to January 2019 Policy and the Country List, please provide all documents and records produced at any time, regardless of format (“all documents” or “all records”) with respect to the following: Please provide records of any kind sent to or received from any other department, agency or branch of government, including Minister's offices and/or the Prime Minister's office with respect to the development, finalization and implementation of the January 2019 Policy. If input regarding the countries and sub-national groups listed was received from any person or stakeholder or department or agency or office other than the IRB, please provide all related documents and records. All records with respect to this policy between the IRB and any stakeholder or 3rd party to the government, at any time. This would include communications from or on behalf of stakeholders representing any one of the countries or sub-national groups represented.
