Request Summary: Provide emails (including attachments) at the Express Entry team under the PEIB that specifically discuss the topic of "remote work" in the context of a CEC Express Entry applicant claiming foreign work experience points for work completed remotely for a foreign employer while residing in Canada. This may include scenarios where the foreign work experience was acquired simultaneously while working full-time in Canada. For clarity, foreign work experience is described under Section 25(1) of the Ministerial Instructions respecting the Express Entry system (current). The search should be limited to emails from the period October 1, 2024, to December 20, 2024, and only include emails at the supervisor and director level (from EC-07, PM6, EX2, and EX3 that specifically discuss the topic in question).Exclude any irrelevant correspondence. Please exclude any items requiring consultations with PCO or DOJ and any cabinet confidences. Please also exclude any data that is not relevant such as client information. Remove duplicate copies of documents and emails. Mark all Cabinet Confidences as non-relevant.
