Request Summary: For the period from January 2018 to January 2024, I am requesting 1. all documents (briefing notes, policies, reports, emails, excluding cabinet confidences) about the Global Assistance for Irregular Migrants Program (GAIM) that provides an account of or about a) the number of returnees, b) their country of origins, c) where they were returned from, and d) whether they were intercepted . 2. (currently empty) 3. I would also like the International Organization for Migration’s quarterly reports of the program (mentioned in the 2022 Evaluation of the Global Assistance for Irregular Migrants Program, I have attached the document as PDF) and 4. the contributor agreement between the IOM and IRCC. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant records and identify them as such. Also remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
