Request Summary: I would like the following information with respect to those (formally known a Health and Safety Officers) delegated by the Head that are responsible for the administration and enforcement of Part II of the Canada Labour Code for the fiscal year 2023 - 2024: The office location and number of the TI5s and TI6s at each office; The number of inspections conducted by the TI5s and TI6s for each of the offices (separate totals for each of the aforementioned TI groups); The number of refusal to work investigations conducted by the TI5s and TI6s in each of the offices (separate totals for each of the aforementioned TI groups); The number of hazardous investigations conducted by the TI5s and TI6s in each of the offices (separate totals for each of the aforementioned TI groups); The number of fatality investigations conducted by the TI5s and TI6s in each of the offices (separate totals for each of the aforementioned TI groups); The number of refusal to workinvestigations that were arbitrarily dismissed due to the Head considering the matter to be vexatious, frivolous or trivial or the continued refusal to work by the employee under Subsection 128(15) was deemed by the Head to be in bad faith; current work descriptions for the aforementioned TI5 and TI6 positions.
