Request Summary: I am looking for authentic (or certified) copies of the following documents: 1. "Amended temporary public policy to lift the limitation that eligible study permitholders can work without a work permit no more than 20 hours per week off-campus during regular academic sessions". Please note that this document is currently available on ttps://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/policies-operational-instructions-agreements/public-policies/off-campus-work-2023-update.html Also, I would like to know the exact date on which the Immigration Minister Marc Miller signed this policy, because the amended policy takes effect on the day of the Minister's signature. The online version of this document does not show the date on which the Minister signed it. 2. Documents recording any public announcements made by Immigration Minister Marc Miller with respect to the forthcoming amendments to the public policy that eligible study permitholders could work without a work permit no more than 20 hours per week (i.e., announcements that the policy would be extended to April 30, 2024). I am only interested in public statements made before the day of singing the amended policy; that is, any announcements in the period from November 01, 2023 to mid-December 2023.
