Request Summary: For the period from May 1, 2006 to February 24, 2020: Copies of training manuals (including any subsequent revisions), course materials, instructions or other resources on human trafficking provided to IRCC officers in Canada and IRCC overseas officers. Copies of operational or training manuals (including any subsequent revisions), instructions or other resources for IRCC officers on links between human trafficking and labour exploitation and on the issuance of open work permits for vulnerable temporary foreign workers. Copies of any protocols, memoranda of understanding or similar documents outlining the principles, parameters and protocols of collaboration between the IRCC and the CBSA, RCMP, ESDC, Publica Safety, provincial and local police on human trafficking initiatives as well as individual cases. Copies of any internal evaluations of the TRP program or of IRCC performance on prevention, prosecution, protection and partnership prongs of the anti-human trafficking strategy. Any initiatives taken to advertise the Canadian Human Trafficking Hotline.
