Request Summary: In January 2019 the IRB implemented a policy entitled "Claims that can be accepted without ahearing" (hereinafter the "January 2019 Policy"). The January 2019 Policy included a list of countries and sub-national groups eligible to have their claims “accepted without a hearing” (the “Country List”). With respect to January 2019 Policy and the Country List, please provide all documents and records produced at any time, regardless of format (“all documents” or “all records”) with respect to the following: With respect to all of the cases adjudicated under the January 2019 Policy, records of positive vs negative determinations, in the aggregate and by country, sub-national group, and claim type. One claim may include more than one person; in providing your response please distinguish between the number of claims (positive vs negative) and the total number of persons. Ordinarily claims are heard in the order in which they are received. The January 2019 Policy resulted in the isolation and grouping of certain claims, outside of this order. Please provide any/all records pertaining to this process. With respect to the January 2019 Policy, identify the number of claims that were finalized without a hearing. Per above, please distinguish between the number of claims finalized and the total number of persons.
