Request Summary: I request correspondence including letters, memoranda, emails, faxes or other digital or electronic communications, reports, extracts, summaries, briefing notes, agendas, minutes, transcripts, digital or analog recordings, proposals, recommendations, diary, daybook, appointment book or journal entries, personal notes, records or other work product of employees or consultants, whether on paper, stored in an electronic retrieval system, or on computer discs, CDs and DVDs, memory sticks, directed to or received from any party, dated between August 1 1995 and December 31 2008 inclusive, that refer, directly or indirectly, to the Meritorious Service Medal awarded to then Colonel Andrew Brooke Leslie and excluing personal notes of congratulations for receipt of the award. This request is inclusive of the recommendation package including all letters of recmommendation and any other documents whatsoever that support the awarding of the Meritorious Service Medal awarded to then Colonel Andrew Brooke Leslie.
