The temporal scope of the request is August 1, 2023 to October 31 2023. In this request, the term record has the same meaning as in the Access to Information Act and includes any internal notes, correspondence, emails or other records exchanged between officials of the Government of Canada (IRCC) . For the purposes of this request VFS Global refers to any company operating under the VFS Global name, including any affiliate or subsidiary of VF Worldwide Holdings Ltd.
