Request Summary: Seeking the 03-2022 Internal Audit of Immigration Pilot Programs of the Internal Audit & Accountability Branch. Seeking copies of the following documents pertaining to the Caregivers Pilots 2019-2024: A-Methodology 1-27 Interviews (transcripts, recordings, summary notes) with key personnel to solicit their views on the governance, risk management, and monitoring activities in place; program efficiencies; and lessons learned 2-Stakeholder interviews (transcripts, recordings) (representatives from IRCC senior management, program managers and program employees from 13 various branches 3- key supporting documentation such as presentations to senior management and governance committees, Performance Information Profiles (PIPs), evaluations, PDIs, internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), among others, to identify and confirm the existence of controls for development, management and oversight of the pilot programs; B-Presentations 1- For Caregivers Pilots, presentations (slide decks) provided to EXCOM, MinDM, the Antifraud Working Group, & the Policy Committee at the end of the life cycle of the pilot programs in 2018, to assess the next steps, including considerations to transition the pilot into a new permanent program. - c-Reports 1-Any reports and or findings that provide greater detail beyond the public summary. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant records and identify them as such. Also, remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
