Request Summary: I would like to obtain paper copies of all correspondence, including contractual paperwork, memoranda, emails, faxes, and any other information pertaining to the terms and conditions related to the submission and deposit in the Library and Archives of Canada of the Sol Littman Fonds (R2958-0-1-E). In particular, I would like to review the documentation pertaining to access restrictions placed on this collection and any correspondence related to those restrictions that was received or sent both before and after Mr Littman’s death. As well, I would like information on how many times individuals or organizations have requested access to this collection since its deposit in the LAC and how many of those requests have been granted, in whole or in part. If possible the names of those making such access requests should also be provided
