Request Summary: Web Post YES I request the following records: 1) The current manuals, policies, procedures, or other guiding documents which guide investigations/inspections arising as a result of complaints under Part III of the Canada Labour Code (e.g., monetary and non-monetary complaints and unjust dismissal complaints). 2) All final investigation/inspection reports, including correspondence to the complainant and respondent that closes/disposes of monetary and non-monetary complaints under Part III of the Canada Labour Code, for complaints that were disposed of from January 1, 2022, to August 3, 2023. You may exclude correspondence that closes/disposes of a monetary or non-monetary complaint because the complaint was filed outside the statutory time limit. If the time will be extended on this complaint, I would appreciate processing of the first item in this request before the second item.
