Request Summary: This is a request for documents currently in use at the RROC. To date, our requests directed to the RROC have not been fulfilled, and the time extensions have been lengthy. I am submitting a very specific request in the hope it will be completed more promptly. For the RROC, please provide the currently used pre-assessment manual for LMIA-based work permit applications submitted by applicants from India. English versions only, and only the manual or document specifically used for pre-assessing LMIA-based work permit applications where the applicant is applying from India. Mark all Cabinet Confidences as non-relevant. (From January 1, 2024 to September 1, 2024)
