Request Summary: I would like to request a copy of the following records: (If a document is available in both English and French, only provide the English version) 1) the LATEST Country Information Library (CIL) for the People’s Republic of China, as accessed internally, including all of its subpages; 2) all of the LATEST manuals, policies and directives, reports, presentation materials, standard operating procedures pertaining to when and how IRCC verifies the following documents originating from the People’s Republic of China for applicants who are citizens of China as well as what triggers IRCC to want to verify such documents: notarial certificates, Household Register (Hukou), Medical Certificate of Birth, Marriage Certificate, Divorce Certificate, Resident Identity Card, Police Certificate. (From: 2019-01-01 To: 2024-07-0) (Office or region All IRCC’s Canadian Offices, IRCC Beijing, IRCC Shanghai, IRCC Guangzhou, IRCC Hong Kong) PR programs relating to the request: Express Entry, Quebec-Selected Skilled Workers, Provincial Nominees (non-EE), Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada class. Only provide documents and information relating to the request only be the final copy or the latest draft of those documents.
