Request Summary: In IRCC New release from June 21 entitled "Canada improves fairness for applicants by ending post-graduation work permit 'flagpoling'" the minister refers to statistical data on the number of PGWP applicants who have applied for their work permit at a Port of Entry (POE). I would like to receive the whole data set that was used to reach that conclusion. In other word, how many work permit were issued at POE per type of work permit in the last few years. I also request the memorandum to the minister in regards to that decision. (Remove duplicates of documents, only provide final copies, exclude Cabinet Confidences, remove any records that are not relevant to the request.)
