Registry #288781 Business #897858957MC0001 The mortgage was for the purchase of an apartment building named "Hamilton House" at 475 Hamilton Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba. I am requesting the following specific details: 1. Mortgage ID number for further inquiry if necessary? 2. Original amount of the mortgage? 3. Start date and "Paid In Full" date? 4. Exact amount of the funds held in security against the mortgage in the holding account? 5. At the end of the mortgage what exact amount from the holding account was disbursed to the Greater Winnipeg Senior Citizens Non-Profit Housing Inc. and the date? 6. Was there accrued interest from the holding account funds at the end of the mortgage payable to the Greater Winnipeg Senior Citizens Non-Profit Housing Inc.? 7. Was the accrued interest (if any) paid out as a separate financial transaction? 8. If the security funds (the holding account principal) and interest were paid out as two separate financial transactions by CMHC to the Greater Winnipeg Senior Citizens NonProfit Housing Inc., were the transactions wired to two different accounts?
