Specifically, seeking: - The pipeline license information - The pipe attributes (WT, grade seam type) - The operating conditions at the time of the incident (flowrate, pressure, temperature, sour content, etc.) - A copy of the metallurgical study referenced in the TSB report - Sketches, maps or surveys showing the installed pipeline alignment & how the position of the pipeline changed due to the landslide.
