Request Summary: I hereby request access to the following list of information. 1) All documents relating to guidelines, processing procedures, service standards and admission caps for applications for permanent residence in Canada under the protected persons class for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. 2) Statistical data on the number of applications received for permanent residence under the protected persons class for the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 3) Statistical data on the number of applications for permanent residence for protected persons processed for the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 4) Detailed statistical data on the processing time for applications for permanent residence under the protected persons class that were approved in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. 5) Statistical data on the number of applications for permanent residence for protected persons that are awaiting processing, together with a detailed report on the number of months of wait time. 6) Information on the administrative remedies available to a person in the event of abusive delay in processing an application for permanent residence.
