Request Summary: I am looking for the statistics on approved TRVs under the special measures introduced for those affected by the earthquakes of 2023 in Syria and Turkiye. I am also looking for all processing manuals and instructions by IRCC to processing offices and officers regarding those special measures for the earthquake in Syria and Turkiye. I am specifically looking to know what is the "TRVI5" category. I am looking for GCMS classifications and types of visas issued under the measures in the GCMS. (From 2023-01-01 to 2024-02-01) (All IRCC offices and IRC Ottawa that handle the measures)
