Request Summary: Since May 2019, temporary migrant workers with a closed work permit have been able to request an open work permit when they experience violence in their workplace. (1) I would like to know how many requests for these types of permits have been submitted until now and how many of them have been granted. (2) I would also like to know which employers are targeted by these requests as well as the corrective actions that have been undertaken to ensure that these negative situations don't happen again.
