Request Summary: I am requesting the following information about the $46.5 million loan CMHC issued through the ACLP (formerly the RCFI) titled 'Riverview Residences': 1) What was the name of the organization that received the loan? 2) What were the terms of the loan? (most importantly, what was the rate of interest charged?) 3) How much of the loan was used for the actual construction of Riverview Residences project? 4) How much of the loan has been repaid? 5)When does CMHC anticipate the remainder of the loan will be repaid? For clarity's sake, the project 'Riverview Residences' refers to a 248-unit housing complex in Edmonton, Alberta that was announced in 2021 and completed in2023.
