Request Summary: The December 16, 2021 Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Mandate Letter made a commitment to "explore ways of regularizing status for undocumented workers who are contributing to Canadian communities. We are requesting all information pertaining to regularizing of status for undocumented people in IRCC and the Minister's office including, but not limited to, policies, research, directives, internal memorandum, briefing notes, presentations, stakeholder consultations, correspondence and recommendations from December 16, 2021 to July 10, 2023. Please provide only final versions. Provide only the English version unless only the French version exists. Remove non-relevant records and identify them as such. Also remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
