Request Summary: I am writing to requesta list or screen shot of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), presentations, and training materials from the Integrity Risk Management Branch or any other relevant branch within IRCC related to the "International Student Compliance Regime." Additional information on this regime can be found at the following link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/committees/cimm-june-14-2023/compliance.html. Recently, international students have been receiving emails from IRCC, requesting them to upload proof of compliance to the following address: IRCC.DNISPCompliance-ConformitePEERN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca. It appears that the office responsible for this process may be the "Domestic Network ISP Compliance." Please include all documents related to student compliance, including those detailing what specific documents may be requested from students to verify their compliance. From January 1 2024 to August 21 2024. Only provide the final copy or the latest draft of a document. Mark all Cabinet Confidences as non-relevant. Yes, I'm willing to narrow the scope to process my request more efficiently. Office or Region is DN ISP or Integrity Risk Management Branch.
