Request Summary: I would please like to have copies of all instructions provided by IRCC to visa officers, supervisors or managers, local employees and/or other administrative decision-makers relative to the processing of administrative reconsideration requests. We suspect that the call-center team that handles questions from the public in Canada as well as the Ministerial Center for MPs and Senators would also have such instructions. All documents and records from the period of 2010-01-01 to the 2022-09-29 would be relevant. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant information without applying exemptions and identify them as not relevant. Remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
