This constitutes a request for access to information, in accordance with section 9, Division I of Chapter II of Act A-2.1 respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information. This request pertains to the RFP issued by the Old Port of Montréal Corporation (Replacement of Parking Access Control System DDP-AI-710-19-1441). We wish to obtain access to the documents constituting the evaluation of its proposal. In particular, the following information: 1.The names of the companies that responded to this RFP; 2.The detailed scoring of each section of our proposal (i.e. Sections I. II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII and X) 3.The assessment committee’s written evaluation of each scored section of our proposal; 4.The detailed scoring of all bidders; 5.The score and amount of the winning proposal(s).
