Request Summary: In its 2022-23 Annual Report the Office of the Commissioner of Information made reference to an investigation undertaken by the OIC concerning the release of records relating to an RCMP/CSIS initiative titled "Operation Featherbed." I am applying under the Freedom of Information Act for any records that exist related to that investigation and the decision of the OIC to require CSIS to release additional records concerning "Operation Featherbed."
