Request Summary: I would like to request the following data regarding the Start-Up Visa (SUV) Program since at least January 2022 until October 9, 2024. Any correspondences; emails; notes; internal memorandums; Microsoft Teams meeting notes, slides, chat and other histories; or any other record of communications, discussions, or internal records regarding: 1) the Montreal Case processing office's email address to which designated institutions are to send their commitment certificates to directly, seemingly IRCC.MontrealCaseProcessing- MontrealTraitementdeCas.IRCC@cic.gc.ca (the designated email). This includes any guidance or instructions provided to staff on handling emails received at the designated email, any automatic replies that may be set for the designated email, as well as any notes or records of issues related to the designated email; 2) any errors, malfunctions, failures, or issues related to the functioning of the designated email or the automatic replies set to sent from it; and 3 )how to address any such issues with the designated email or its automatic replies, and any steps that may have been taken or contemplated as part of those discussions.
