Request Summary: I am writing to request access to documents under the Access to Information Act related to the decision made by the NFRF Steering Committee prior to the launch of the 2023 competition to remove the external reviewers process from the NFRF Exploration competition. Specifically, I am requesting access to: All documents that detail or provide insight into the decision-making process behind the removal of the external reviewers process. Any supporting evidence, analysis, or assessments—such as Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) or other impact analyses—that informed or motivated this decision. This request is made to better understand the rationale and considerations underlying this policy change.
