Request Summary: Please provide an overview of all Provincial Nominee Program applications received by IRCC that have support from the Province of Saskatchewan (SINP). Only for the job-offer required categories (ignore Occupations in Demand and Express Entry sub streams). Break this out by year (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) and with the following: - Supporting employer name and NOC - Country of nationality of applicant I realize this is a large request. I'm happy to reduce this to only records with a supporting employer who has supported more than 3 positions in any one NOC. So the results can include something like: - Acme Corporation, 5 approvals in 2022 for Road Runner Hunters, 4 approvals in 2021 for Rocket Scientists. The province has these records on hand. I've requested from them via a provincial FOIP request. They refused to provide. I filed a complaint with the OIPC and the Office of the Information Privacy Commissioner ruled in my favour, recommending full release of the records. The province refused to follow that decision and I can't afford to hire a lawyer to go to court. I know your office can get these records and have a more sophisticated understanding of privacy matters, so am going this route. [From 2021-01-01 to 2024-10-31. Mark all Cabinet Confidences as non-relevant.]
