Request Summary: Requesting copies of all notices of final determinations between January 1, 2023 to present (date of completion of this FOI)(September 7, 2024): - All employers found noncompliant with TFW requirements under the following provisions: 209.3(1)(a)(iii)(C); 209.2(1)(a)(ii) or 209.3(1)(a)(ii); 209.2(1)(a)(iii) or 209.3(1)(a)(iv); 209.2(1)(a)(iv) or 209.3(1)(a)(v); 209.2(1)(a)(v) and 209.3(1)(a)(vii); 209.2(1)(a) (vi) or 209.3(1)(a)(viii); 209.2(1)(a)(vii) and 209.3(1)(a)(xii); 209.3(1)(a)(ix); 209.3(1)(a)(x); 209.3(1)(a)(xi); 209.3(1)(a)(vi); 209.2(1)(a)(ii.1) or 209.3(1)(a)(ii.1); 209.2(1)(a)(viii) or 209.3(1)(a)(xiv); 209.2(1)(a)(ix) or 209.3(1)(a)(xv); 209.3(1)(a)(xiii) Please note that the above provisions correspond with the following numbers ("Reasons") in the public database of non-compliant employers: 3, 8, 9, 16, 17-30 - All NOFD for employers fined over $15,000 and those employers declared ineligible to participate in the TFW program - All notices of preliminary findings issued to employers where the above provisions ( 3, 8, 9, 16, 17-30) were allegedly breached, as well employer responses/justifications to the NOPF, in cases where NO penalties were ultimately imposed ONLY. I do not require identifying personal information but please note that enforcement of the above noted provisions relate to the protection of temporary foreign workers and therefore constitute a matter of public interest.
