Request Summary: I am requesting copies of decisions from both the Refugee Protection Division and Refugee Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, which contain the following factors: - the decisions were issued anytime between February 2022 and the present day; - the decisions concern claimants for refugee protection who are citizens of Russia; and - the claimants fear returning to Russia because: (a) they oppose the current Ukraine-Russia conflict; (b) they fear being drafted into the Russian military to participate in the Ukraine-Russia conflict; and/or (c) they oppose the policies and administration of Vladimir Putin.
