Request Summary: For the period January 1, 2010, to December 30, 2024, please provide a copy of all past manuals, policies and directives, standard operational procedures, guidelines, and guidance issued by IRCC on the intracompany transfer (ICT) program. More specifically, I am seeking information on the operational bulletins that provide clarity on the eligibility requirements for ICT. Removing all non-relevant information without the need to apply exemptions or otherwise review. Only provide the English versions where versions exist in both official languages. As well, remove records that would require consultation for confirmation of a Cabinet confidence.
