This includes any memorandum of understanding, agreement, policy document or directive , that is foundational to the sharing of said information. Additionally any electronic or paper-based directive or bulletin issued to CBSA field offices with instructions to Officers as to how they are to proceed when engaging with personnel from Health Canada or the Public Health Agency of Canada.
