Request Summary: I am requesting internal PDI, slide decks, and any other materials related to A42 (IRPA section 42) inadmissibility from the Integrity Risk Management Branch (IRMB) of IRCC or any A42 inadmissibility materials available in the system at the IRMB branch. It has often been confusing for people to understand when A42 applies, such as whether it pertains to temporary residents or permanent residents. Therefore, there must be some internal documents shared with different missions or visa offices to help clarify A42 for visa officers. Please provide English versions only, and limit the request to materials from 2023 and 2024.
