Request Summary: Clarification received November 25, 2022: -Please include any relevant records that were used either this fiscal year or last fiscal year, or the most recent year in which AEM training took place by, for, or at Service Canada -Please include all records where intellectual property is either owned or licensed by the Government of Canada Clarification received September 13, 2022: By "all training records for managers, supervisors, and approvers who use AEM", I specifically mean: training records (such as documents, powerpoints, intranet pages, and other educational or instructional materials) where the target audience is people who use AEM (the Adobe Experience Manager run by the Service Canada Principal Publisher team). I'd like to receive the training materials for any kind of target audience that uses or is considering using AEM. This includes but isn't limited to any mandatory training materials required before public service staff are granted access to the AEM system. I do not require a list of people who have received training etc Original request: All current training materials for the Canada.ca Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solution. Include all records that are part of onboarding and training for departmental communications and information staff using AEM; all training records for managers, supervisors, and approvers who use AEM; and all AEM related training materials for departmental web publishers and web developers. Include all records developed by ESDC/ServiceCanada as well as training materials developed by its contractors and/or service providers.
