Request Summary: Provide all records in relation to Air Canada and compliance with section 91 of the OLA. This includes correspondence with Air Canada personnel, briefing notes to senior management, and, if possible, a table of complaints against Air Canada under section 91 of the OLA containing a brief statement of allegation as well as the status or result of each investigation (Date range: January 1, 2000 to present, though I am flexible on a suggestion for this that would accomodate IT constraints). Provide in particular all investigation records concerning the appointment of Michael Rousseau to the CEO position. Do not process transitory information, duplicate information or publicly available information, though I would appreciate receiving that information informally.
