Request Summary: I am writing to request access to any documents or guidelines provided to immigration officers regarding the recent designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization by the Government of Canada. Specifically, I am seeking: Any internal memos, guidelines, or instructions issued to immigration officers concerning the handling of cases involving individuals who have completed mandatory military service in the IRGC. Documents detailing the consequences and procedures for assessing admissibility for individuals with mandatory military service in the IRGC. Any exemptions or considerations outlined for permanent residents or refugee claimants who have served in the IRGC. Mark all Cabinet Confidences as non-relevant.
