Request Summary: Pursuant to the Access to Information Act, I am requesting access to the following records from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) between June 8, 2023, and January 22, 2024: Any lists, calendars, or agendas indicating meetings or calls between CMHC employees and external stakeholders, where the National Indigenous Housing Centre, the Urban, Rural and Northern Indigenous Housing Strategy, or the potential use of a competitive bidding, proposal, or tender process (re RFP 002627) for these initiatives were discussed. Please include the date, attendees, and any meeting titles or descriptions along with call agenda, minutes, summaries etc. Please search all relevant record-keeping systems, including but not limited to email servers, shared drives, document management systems, and physical file storage, for responsive records. The spirit of this request is to identify instances of direct engagement between CMHC and external stakeholders regarding the overall strategy, implementation, or decision-making process for the Indigenous National Housing Centre and the URN Indigenous Housing Strategy, particularly the choice to use an RFP (002627).
