Request Summary: I would like to request a report detailing the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) refusal data from January 1, 2021, to September 10, 2024. Specifically, I am interested in data segmented by the following criteria: 1. Designated Learning Institutions (DLIs): Refusals based on different DLIs. 2. Levels of Education: Refusal data broken down by educational program levels, including Certificate (e.g., post-graduate certificate, college certificate, certificate of completion, etc.), Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD. 3. Country of Origin: Refusals broken down by students' countries of origin, if available. 4. Reasons for Refusal: A comprehensive list of common refusal reasons, including: The number of applications refused under each reason, The percentage of total refusals attributed to each reason (e.g., failure to maintain full-time enrollment status, exceeding 180 days from graduation) Additionally, if possible, please present the above data separately for PGWP applications made from inside Canada and those made from outside Canada. If feasible, provide the data broken down by year.
