Request Summary: I would like to obtain copies of the LATEST manuals, policies and directives, reports, presentation materials, standard operating procedures used by IRCC Beijing, IRCC Shanghai, IRCC Guangzhou, IRCC Hong Kong to process temporary resident visa (V-1 category) applications originating from China and/or for Chinese citizens wishing to come to Canada as a visitor. The response to this request should contain the LATEST information on all aspects of the processing of the application, including manuals for assessing the dual intent of the applicant, which includes any manuals or presentation/training materials used by IRCC agents in the aforementioned offices to assess and evaluate the ties the applicant has to their home country, namely China, as well as the method for weighing the evidence submitted by the applicants, the method in which the evidences are verified, to which extent AI is involved in the entire workflow.
