Request Summary: Pursuant to the Access to Information Act, I am requesting access to the following records from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) between June 8, 2023, and January 22, 2024: 1. Any communications plans, strategies, press releases, media lines, or Q&A documents or decision notes related to the public announcement of the RFP process for the Indigenous National Housing Centre or the Urban, Rural and Northern (URN) Indigenous Housing Strategy. This request includes drafts of the above-aforementioned documents. 2. Any emails, meeting minutes, or briefing notes discussing the development or approval of communications products related to the public announcement of the RFP process for the Indigenous National Housing Centre or the Urban, Rural and Northern Indigenous Housing Strategy. Please search all relevant record-keeping systems, including but not limited to email servers, shared drives, document management systems, media monitoring platforms, and physical file storage, for responsive records. Note: This request aims to understand how the decision to use an RFP for the Indigenous National Housing Centre was communicated to the public and any factors that may have influenced the messaging.
