Include a list of all who attended the meeting as reported in the news article, as well as any materials given. And with respect to the following statement: "Boissonnault's office said that during his meeting with industry associations, the minister outlined a number of measures the government has introduced or is considering to curb abuse of the system." please provide a copy of all these measures introduced and being considered. From February 1 2024 to August 6 2024. Mark all Cabinet Confidences as nonrelevant.
