Request Summary: Given that Mauritius is identified on the Henley Passport Index as a low risk country, I would like to know why the decision was made to include the 13 additional countries to the Electronic Visa Authorization program by IRCC, and specifically the reasons as to why Mauritius was not included. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant records and identify them as such. Also remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence
