Request Summary: I would like to obtain a copy of all emails and documents exchanged (sent or received) between Bertrand Lalonde and executives (EX1 and above) regarding technical issues, financial issues (including exemption reports), risks, and ongoing issues surrounding the Benefits Delivery Modernization programme. “Risks” are defined as events or conditions that, if they occur, could have an impact on the project’s objectives, and “issues” are defined as problems that have already occurred and that hinder the project’s success. This request applies to emails written in both official languages between May 9, 2024, inclusive and the processing date of this access to information request (November 20, 2024). When documents exist in both official languages, only the French version is required.
