Request Summary: Copy of all inspection reports completed by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) between 2018 and today (September 11, 2024) concerning Quebec employers who are participating in the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) or the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program (SAWP) and who are found to be non-compliant with the requirements of these programs. Specifically, my request is for: All non-compliance reports issued based on inspections conducted by Quebec employers who are participating in the TFWP and SAWP programs. The reasons for non-compliance identified during inspections. Corrective actions or penalties recommended or imposed on employers as a result of these inspections.
