Request Summary: Please provide all current training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the R10 manual, the touch manual, handbooks, workbooks, and any other documents used by visa and immigration officers at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney (CIO-S) for processing permanent residence applications under the Category-Based Express Entry draws. This request should also include all materials used to train new employees. I request only the English versions and ask that you exclude any materials already available online. Only provide the final copy or the latest draft of a document. Mark all Cabinet Confidences as non-relevant. Yes, I'm willing to narrow the scope to process my request more efficiently.
