Request Summary: I request correspondence including letters, memoranda, emails, faxes or other digital or electronic communications, reports, extracts, summaries, briefing notes, agendas, minutes, transcripts, digital or analog recordings, proposals, recommendations, diary, daybook, appointment book or journal entries, personal notes, records or other work product of employees or consultants, whether on paper, stored in an electronic retrieval system, or on computer discs, CDs and DVDs, memory sticks, directed to or received from any party, dated between August 1 1995 and December 31 2000 inclusive, that refer, directly or indirectly, to the awarding of Meritorious Service Medals and Meritorious Service Crosses to the below listed individuals for meritorious service in Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina during the period of conflict in that region. This request is inclusive of the recommendation packages including all letters of recommendation and any other documents whatsoever that support the awarding of Meritorious Service Crosses however excluding personal notes of congratulations.
