Request Summary: Concerning Order-in-Council (OIC) Number 2022-0321. All Information and Records demonstrating that there is an outbreak of COVID-19 in the majority of foreign countries; that the entry of persons into Canada who have recently been in a foreign country in fact "may introduce or contribute to" the spread of Covid-19 in Canada, or of new variants, as indicated in the preamble. All Information and Records demonstrating how and why the Governor in Council is of the opinion that no reasonable alternatives to prevent the introduction or spread of Covid-19 are available; what other alternatives were considered; why such other alternatives were not adopted. All Information and Records demonstrating how and why each and every requirement contained in Order-in-Council No. 2022-0321 is scientifically justified; will lead to a tangible and quantifiable reduction in the spread of Covid-19 in Canada. All Information and Records concerning any other public health issues that the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has identified as a result of the making of OIC No. 2022-0321.
