What Health Canada knew about the World Health Organization's (WHO) position on Philip Morris‘ minority ownership stake in Medicago. When Health Canada knew Philip Morris’ minority ownership could complicate Covifenz‘s acceptance by the WHO for global use and distribution. If and when Health Canada alerted Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), the Prime Ministers Office (PMO), or any other government department or agency about this potential complication. If Health Canada made any effort to caution former ISED Ministers Sajjan and Champagne when they talked publicly about working with the WHO to get Covifenz‘s approval. Whether any of the 76 million Covifenz vaccine doses were delivered in Canada. Whether Health Canada was approached by anyone in government, particularly the PMO or ISED, to work on trying to convince the WHO to accept Covifenz after PM sold their stake. When Health Canada became aware Mitsubishi was selling Medicago. What efforts were considered to keep Medicago in Canada. Health Canada‘s opinion of Covifenz and other vaccines against Rotovirus, Noravirus, common influenza that Medicago was working on before switching to Covifenz development. Any discussion about getting surplus Covifenz doses to COVAX program.
