Request Summary: We request detailed information on all start-up visa applications received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) offices worldwide between January 2024 and June 2024. Specifically, the data requested are as follows: 1) All checklists, guidelines etc. available to an officer to evaluate an application for a Work Permit (WP) and Permanent Residency (PR) Application under the Startup Visa Program; 2) The total number of start-up visa applications every calendar year during the stated period, broken down by country of residence, destination province, designated organization 3) Number of PR Applications under the Start Up Business Program, (broken down by types of received, processed, approved, refused, withdrawn) by Destination Province, Citizenship and Organization every calendar year from 2019 to June 2024 4) Permanent Resident Refusal Grounds under the Start Up Visa Application Category from 2019 to June 2024 in Instances* 5) Number of WP applications (received, processed, approved, refused, withdrawn) by Destination Province, Citizenship and Organization every calendar year from 2019 to June 2024 6) The statistic on the WP and PR Approval and rejection Rates every calendar year from 2019 to June 2024. 7) Number of Peer Review Cases by country of residence, province, designated organization every calendar year from 2019 to June 2024, as well as their respective PR approval rate and rejection reasons.
